The joint venture has won the winning bid of S$800 million for the URA government land sale site which could yield about 580 private residential units with commercial space on the ground floor.

The group has a total asset of $10 Billion with portfolio that spread across retail, commercial, hospitality and private residential. Hong Leong Holdings is a Singapore-based real estate developer has a total asset worth of over S$40 billion. Singapore listed CDL and private Hong Leong Holdings Limited are one of the several subsidiary companies for real estate businesses. Having completed more than 130 top notch residential development, 100 commercial buildings and mixed-use developments, the Group is the renowned leading developer in Singapore which also own the largest private residential land bank in Singapore.
